There are a lot of pests that your indoor plants can possibly encounter but can do the same harm, and one of those could be the thrips. They are slender insects and very hard to notice because of their tiny structure and usually leave punctures or sucking up every content of your plant.  Detection would be a bit of a challenge but once you do, immediate action must be taken as controlling them will involve both the plant and its soil.
