Kale (popularly known as leaf cabbage) has tons of uses when picked up and while some use them for culinary purposes, some use them as ornamental plants. Kale has lots of health benefits that can give our bodies the much needed nutrients; like protein, carbohyrdates and vitamins A, C and B6. Kale can be used as flavored kale chips which is a good substitute for potato chips, while in some countries it can be used as an ingredient of various soups and traditional dishes.
