The Largest Masterwort (or astrantia maxima) is a herbaceous perennial flower that is composed of an erect stem, tiny branches and a few flower petals shaped like an umbrella, often in pinkish white color. This magnificent flowers reproduces on itself by buds which are present at ground level. A Garden Merit awardee of the Royal Horticultural Society, the Largest Masterwort thrives best on either partial shade or full sun, on a consistently moist soil.
