The common enemy of Cucurbits; the angular leaf spot infection

The angular leaf spot disease is a bacterial infection affects cucumbers, zucchini, and melons and causes angular lesions on leaves; thriving in warm, humid conditions. Smaller harvest will be the result if your cucurbits have this kind of infection. It is most likely to spread after a big rain or with the use of overhead irrigation. The most recommended treatment is by cultural control before trying chemicals to eradicate the infection. Crop rotation helps as well wherein you rotate cucurbits with other vegetables that are not susceptible to the infection each year.
