The dramatic show of a Love-Lies-Bleeding amaranth

The Love Lies Bleeding plant is an extra-ordinary amaranth which gives your backyard some good architectural design. Typically grown best in summer, the Love Lies Bleeding is an erect annual (sometimes biennial) that's valued for its unusually long racemes of crimson flowers that stand out against its large light green foliage. They also have this bushy habit which definitely adds drama in your gardens. These beautiful amaranths perform best under a full sun as long as you give them a well-draining soil.
