You'll be somewhat surprised to know that the Creeping Avens is a part of the rose family, because it's true. They are low-growing perennials highly prized for their pink fuzzy seedheads. These hardy plants produce yellow buttery blooms and a native plant in Central Asia and Europe. Creeping Avens will require you to place them on a location with full sunlight, but can also tolerate shade specially in warmer climates. Propagation shouldn't be much of a problem as it is done by taking its cuttings during summer or by dividing mature plants.
