We can be sure that you'll see a lot cattails growing when you have pond or see someone's pond. There's a good side in cattails, and (for sure) there's bad side to it. While it may grow fast and can be invasive, it can give someone problems on how to manage or control them. Perhaps the best and effective way in dealing with cattails is by using herbicides and the other possible way is by use of your own hands; by way of digging and drowning the plant itself.
