What you should know about the Sahara Sands

The Sahara Sands (iris spuria) is a tall-leaved perennial native of Africa, Asia and Europe. It's tall because of its slender elongated leaves and has a creeping habit. It also has flowers that bloom in colors purple/lilac usually during summer. They're widely cultivated as ornamental plant and widely used as a hybrid in home gardens. Sahara Sands are best grown under a full sun on a moist and good draining soil.
