When you hear the plant jelly bean, it doesn't really mean the candy that kids eat. Jelly bean is a beautiful succulent plant which is native to Mexico. Perhaps the reason why it's called jelly bean is that its leaves turn red from green and considered a hybrid plant. You can add this wonderful plant to your succulent collection and best grow them in a sunny area with limited amounts of water. Just remember that jelly beans may be poisonous at times and can cause irritations.
