A slender herbaceous climber, the Flame Nasturtium is one plant which will provide your backyard with a tropical feel. Its scarlet flowers are its main attraction which blooms from summer to fall. These blooms contrast  nicely against the foliage of dainty, deep green, clover-like leaves. After flowering, sapphire blue berries appear which is held in red sepals. Another recipient of the Garden Merit Award, these flowers thrives on full sun or part shade but keep an eye on pests such as flea beetles and blackflies.
