The Aerangis orchids are epiphytes which can be grown in hanging baskets, and is known for its waxy and aromatic yellow/white flowers shaped like five-pointed stars. A single Aerangis specimen can bear many flowers at once. Their leaves are evergreen, and their spurs contain nectar that is pleasing to birds. However, they don't react well to sudden environmental changes, and like all orchids, plants are often lost to sudden changes in temperature or humidity. These plants are especially well-suited to grow vertically on a hard surface and need lots of bright indirect light in order to thrive.
