How to grow a groundcover plant like the Snakebush

The Snakebush plant bears the scientific name of Hemiandra Pungens, and it’s also known as the snake plant but the only thing snake-like about it is how it stays very close to the ground. This tiny plant offers dense, pointed foliage that looks like needles while its mauve/light purple flowers, which grow in tube shapes, arrive in spring and last much of the summer. An excellent groundcover, Snakebush needs a sunny location and giving them a well-drained soil will make them happy, but the plants will also survive in sites with poor drainage.
