Paddle plants and how to grow and care for them

Also known as the ‘Flapjack' succulent, the Paddle plant is highly recognized by its paddle-like shape of its leaves that form in rosette clusters. They're also popular houseplants that doesn't require a lot of maintenance. When they reach maturity, these plants can produce yellow-shaded flowers in the spring, and the wide, thick, fleshy leaves can take on a striking red tinge around the edges in winter. Providing them with plenty of natural light and warmth is important and it shouldn't be. They shouldn't be overwatered, and should be given soil with good drainage.
