These Fall Armyworms are serious threats to your lawn and if ignored, the devastation it can cause is difficult to treat. They can wreak havoc in a lawn in a matter of days and whatever type of grass you might have, early identification of the pest is key. Getting rid of armyworms is all about the right timing, as you need to get the population under control by the time they reach the larval stage in which they feed voraciously. Some solutions to this issue include dethatching your lawn makes it less inviting for the larvae or improving your lawn’s drainage if it has any wet spots as armyworms like to lay their eggs in damp patches of grass.
