Also known as marsh Andromeda, Bog Rosemary are creeping evergreens that thrive in boggy habitats like wet swamps and dry bog moss hummocks. These plants are usually lime-green in terms of color, but can sometimes be in hues of red. The growth is covered with a waxy film and matures into a deep green or blue green with pale downy undersides. Its leather-like leaves are shiny but contain andromedotoxin, a powerful poison so you should take note of this one. Also, they have unusual pink flowers shaped like an urn which grow in clusters at each stem tip.
