What you should know about harvesting Safflowers

Safflower is a herbaceous annual plant that is known for producing vegetable oil which comes from its seed. It is also one of the oldest and ancient crops which dates back to the 12th Dynasty of ancient Egyptian period. Other than their oil production, safflower also has beautiful blossoms which are excellent for cut flowers.
