Blue flowers are rarely seen specially in a flower garden but when they do, it better be the beautiful salvia. They're simple blue flowers which sometimes have a fragrant scent, and they're highly sensitive to extreme frost conditions. Salvia is also native to the Mexican Region and garnered the Award of Garden Merit presented by the Royal Horticultural Society.
