A chili pepper native in Peru, the Aji Panca pepper has a noticeable thick flesh and commonly turns into burgundy when ripe. Most of the time, they're sun-dried and sold out to markets in dry form. They're best grown in containers and usually they're put under fluorescent lights to further improve its growth.
