Guiding you through the proper growing of the Allegheny Serviceberry tree

The Allegheny Serviceberry is a multi-trunked tree with fine-textured branches, having bronze or purplish young leaves. They have slightly fragrant white flowers that emerge during spring which are very attractive to pollinators. These blooms are followed by dark purple berries during summer, wherein it's used for jams, jellies and pies as long as they're not being consumed by birds. Its brilliant foliage of smooth dark green leaves turn into shades red/orange during fall. Allegheny Serviceberry loves the shade but can also tolerate a full sun, requires low maintenance but watch out for fire blight.
