These wonderful plants are semi-evergreen and clump-forming perennials that blooms for weeks with tiny pink flowers. They're borne above the foliage mat of lance-shaped (sometimes elliptic) green leaves which turn into bronze during fall. Lesser Knotweed is a very versatile plant, having been used primarily as a groundcover or can be mixed with other spring shrubs and perennials. They can be propagated thru seeds or by division in autumn or in spring.
