The boysenberry is a soft-textured plant with sweet-flavored fruit berries which contains vitamins. The problem is when certain pests visit them, they could quickly destroy the whole plant itself including its fruits. Insects like beetles and mites mostly are the common suspects but also watch out for some birds as they also like these berries, more than enough to beat you before you can even harvest them.
