A simple yet easy-to-grow flower which looks beautiful on a summer garden, the Dark Throat Shooting Star is the one you'll love. These lovely perennial produce umbels of magenta flowers the look like Cyclamen blooms. Its petals comes with a white collar and a yellow ring forming a downward-pointing beak. These blossoms are borne on upright, leafless, flowerscapes that rise from a basal rosette of lance-shaped, deep green leaves. An award-winning plant courtesy of RHS, these plants performs best when given full sun while it requires moisture during the growing season and dry conditions when dormant.
