Goshiki hollies are cultivars of the false holly (osmanthus heterophyllus), which is also known as ‘holly osmanthus'. They're mostly cultivated for their holly-like foliage, and a popular evergreen shrub in Japan. Aside from that, it also bears small white flowers with a little amount of scent which hides in the foliage. Goshiki hollies can thrive on a full sun but can also do good on partial shade while its propagation can be down thru hardwood cuttings.
