These Holly Osmanthus plants make a charming backyard

The Holly Osmanthus are bushy, evergreen shrubs valued for their glossy foliage which vary in shape The leaves vary in shape. These leaves are like hollies, featuring spiny margins when juvenile and simple, elliptic or ovate when adult. A perfect bloomer during fall and winter, they show off with dainty clusters of tiny and fragrant white flowers which are often hidden in the foliage, then followed by blue-black berries. They're an excellent choice for hedges, screens and specimen plants. They should grow best on rich soil with good drainage, and they're drought tolerant once established.
