If you're not much into flowers, the Hosta plant, particularly the American Halo, is best for you. Although it has small white flowers, it's main attraction are its big leaves along with white margins that offer a bright foliage display. They're mostly cultivated as shade-foliage plants but nowadays, they have been also popular as indoor plants. The only problem to watch out for are slugs and snails as they eat the leaves but if you know how to control them, then there won't be any problems in growing American Halo Hostas.
