Although the crabgrass has lots of uses particularly as food for cattle, it can be harmful too as they're considered as lawn pests. Some prefer biological control but the use of herbicides is the mostly applied solution to the crabgrass problem. Applying herbicides requires proper knowledge before applying it in order to avoid other plants from being damaged.
